Electrify Video Partners Limited ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This YouTube Data Privacy Policy explains how your YouTube data is collected, used, and disclosed by Electrify Video Partners Limited and our subsidiary entities.

Definitions

• "Authorized Data" refers to YouTube data that you have given us explicit permission to access, collect, store and use.
• "API Client" refers to our software that uses YouTube API Services to access, collect, store, and use Authorized Data.
• "YouTube API Services" are the services provided by YouTube that allow API Clients like ours to interact with Authorized Data.
• "OAuth", which stands for Open Authorization, is a protocol that allows our API client to access your Authorized Data, without requiring you to share your password with us. This is done by using access tokens rather than your YouTube login credentials to access your Authorized Data. OAuth provides our API client with read-only access to Authorized Data. We cannot edit or delete any Authorized Data.

YouTube API Services

Our API Client uses YouTube API Services to analyze the performance of your YouTube channel. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept this use.

Our services operate in conjunction with YouTube, a Google service. We recommend you review Google's Privacy Policy, which can be found at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy.

Data Collection, Usage and Sharing

Our API Client accesses, collects, stores and uses various types of information from your YouTube channel via an OAuth connection. This includes, but is not limited to, data about channel and video performance, viewer demographics, traffic sources, RPM, revenue and other analytics data.

Use of this Authorized Data will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use this Authorized Data solely to provide our services, including analyzing and forecasting channel performance, for the purpose of considering investment opportunities or other business opportunities in relation to your channel. We may share this Authorized Data with internal parties for these purposes. We may also share your Authorized Data with external parties, such as advisors or investors, for the purpose of providing or improving our services, or as required by law. We will not use your Authorized Data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

This Authorized Data will be stored in cloud-based data centres located in the European Union.

Data Control and Revocation

You can control and revoke our access to your Authorized Data at any time via the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. If revoked, your Authorized Data will be deleted from our system within 7 days.
